 + -1 moreFast response, he came by the next morning and did good work. But he seemed to want to keep adding things to make it as expensive as possible. I spent about $100 more than I intended to. Its been 2 months since he finished now and the door is still working fine.
Description of Work: Get garage door back on its track.

 + -1 moreIt went great! Alberto came immediately with his tools and repair parts, very convenient in our situation! He diagnosed the problem and walked us through what needed to be done. He drilled a hold in the old key hole cylinder. Got it open again and replaced the cylinder. He wrapped things up in about 30 minutes and gave us 2 new keys. We didn't expect him to work on a Saturday, but he was more than happy to drive right over.
Description of Work: Just moved in, had issues securing the garage door. We finally got the garage door closed, but then we were unable to open it and the key got stuck in the key hole. Went on Angie's List and called Alberto.

Description of Work: Garage door broke on Saturday with door stuck. Based on a friend's recommexendation, I called Alberto. He agreed to come out the next morning. He was right on time. He evaluated the problem and said he could repair it. I was willing to replace the unit if needed. He suggested that the unit could be repaired. He worked very fast and I believe his price was very fair. If your garage door breaks, I recommend you call Alberto.
