Mike C. was fantastic. He was responsive and easy to work with, even when we were working on a short time frame. He was prompt and thorough in his work, even walking the roof of a two-story home personally for a direct inspection. He detailed concerns during the inspection and made sure I understood in laymans’ terms. His report was thorough, included helpful photographs, and was completed promptly. I felt very confident that I knew what needed to be addressed for the property and that I had the documentation to get it done thanks to Mike, so much so that I now refer my friends and my real estate clients to NationSpec.

Mike was fantastic! He was on-time, professional and beyond thorough! He went up on our roof and found several defencies that our previous inspector missed (because he didn’t physically get up there). I feel like my husband and I are pretty aware of things going on with our home, but Mike pointed out things that we very clearly missed and would have then been financially responsible for fixing had he not caught them in time. Mike took the time to explain what was wrong or things to keep an eye on in the future, and why. His report was incredibly detailed with tons of photos, with arrows and comments, and code requirements to prove/explain the deficiencies and how they need to be corrected. He did the inspection as part of buying a home. It went quite well. He said the house is better than a lot of new houses he's seen. He made me aware of some areas I need to do maintenance on and just be aware of; such as the roof, electrical, and other small areas. He has a lot of experience in the field and uses high-tech equipment. He is very personable and highly professional.
