Dave Richard with Mystic did a great job building my pool. He was one of 6 builders that I got quotes from and he was the one I felt the most comfortable. Mystic came highly recommended by my neighbor, who also built her boss' pool. I was able to see the quality of work on my neighbor's pool before I even called him out. The whole process was fairly pain free. Dave did all the paperwork for the HOA approval. Once he started the building process, it took less than a month for my pool to be built. We dug on day one, installed all the re-bar on day 2 and shot the gunite on day 3. After that, it was just a matter of getting all the stone/tiling work done, plumbing, electrical, deck and plaster. Dave had everything scheduled and kept me up to speed on when things were done. He was there everyday to line out his crews and he was very meticulous on the finish work. Dave took care of his crews and would bring them lunch. Mystic did the work for the contracted price without any change orders. He has also been available to answer any questions or help with the pool once it was built.
