No Cleaning up after pets. No bioharzard clean up, i.e. blood, feces, urine. Facilities my be in working order to be able to be cleaned. Home must be picked up and ready for cleaners to come in and clean unless extra service paid for. If you have a bug infestation, pest control must certify you of removal before a cleaning can be done.
