Well he sent me the report. I was impressed I could actually read it and understood what it said was wrong! Sent copy to builder and they fix all things on list, Mores inspection saved me a lot of headache. He saw and found thing I would have never thought of are saw. I highly recommend Morse inspections! Rather it's a new house are old house.
Description of Work: I bought a new house. Some friends of mine had bought one a year before and had a lot of problems with their house. So when I was buying mine Mr. Morse at Morse Inspections was highly recommended to me. I am so glad we used him! He found things all kinds of thing wrong. Hot and cold water reversed gutters not right the roof one spot messed up back door didn't fit properly and many other thing's He even checked the sprinkler system. He was very thorough and new what he was doing!
