The inspection went great. Travis was early to the appointment. The first thing that really surprised me was before he entered our home he changed his shoes. He told me he always uses inside and outside only shoes while inspecting homes. Travis was very knowledgeable. Being I was purchasing a new home I did not expect him to find anything. He found many issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional and took time to explain all of his findings. Some were small, but a few were issues that had he not found them I am sure would have cost me some big money to fix later on. His report included a list of maintenance suggestions to help keep our home in top shape. I would definitely use Travis again.
