+ -1 moreTrey came out on time, when he said he would and helped me install my NEST Thermostats. I have installed them before but I was getting an error message about a wire not being recognized. When he checked everything it turned out the builder had not connected everything that needed to be hooked up on the attic unit. Also has Trey out on 1/14/15 to balance out our system and he found that again the builder missed something on the system - there are no dampers. He advised us to tell the builder we want the system balanced and see how they try to do it without dampers or if they will recognize the mistake and correct it - he did not even charge us for this trip - we will be using him again for all our needs!
