Michael's Lawn Care

During the summer, Michaels comes to mow every week. The rest of the year we request their presence minimally because the yard does not need as much care in the off-season. When the yard is mowed, it is done very well. The corners of the yard and near the house are trimmed, and clippings are swept off the sidewalk and patio. If we ask them to prune, there is an extra charge and this happens maybe once a year. Their prices are reasonable and the yard always looks good.

Michaels always did a good job when they mowed our lawn. The problem came about when I was to leave town for a couple of weeks. I left a note on the front door, where they usually placed the bill. I wanted them to skip the week & leave contact information that I did not have. I always like to be there when the lawn is being done. They mowed the lawn anyways & did not leave contact information. I decided to mow the lawn myself after that.

I feel that they do excellent work and they are always on time. They come out once a week and if I am not satisfied with the work, the owner sends his workers back out within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. I feel that they do a good enough job to recommend them to others. They always keep a record of the times they were here.
