Men-Pro General Contractor LLC

My experience with Julio Meneses and men-pro has been so awful that I have to say something. We hired them to help with a remodel that they said it would take 3 months. We are nearly a year later and still don’t even have walls on the house. There were always excuses. We have paid for walls, cabinets, doors and other items which after several months have never been installed or completed to the value of $30-40k. When I asked to be refunded they refused. I asked another contractor to come do an inspection, who informed me that nothing been done without problems, not the framing or the slab and that I had been greatly overcharged. Even support beams are bowing. I grew suspicious when they were asking for draws for bath tubs and we didn’t even have walls. As of the time of this review they have never corrected any of the major problems found or refunded my money for things I paid for that were never delivered or completed or even reply. I hope this review saves someone from being taken advantage of and stolen from.

We found Men-Pro on Build Zoom. We are happy we did. They responded properly. They showed up on time to our appointment and were very professional. We received their estimate within 2 days with options and in detail of all the services provided. After we decided to do the work with them, they started on the day they said they would. They ever finished 3 days earlier from the promised date. We could not have found a better contractor to finished our home. Quality and design was great!

From the beginning, they showed up to our appointment on time and were very knowledgeable. They provided us with a detailed estimate with material options based on what we wanted. They stated the job on the dated promised. During renovation, they are very accessible by phone or email at anytime of the day including on the weekends. They even finished 3 days early! We love our new kitchen and bathrooms -- my wife loves it so much. Even the paint color with the crown molding looks wonderful.
