lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreWhen I took the mower there, they told me it would take 2-3 days. Now 20 days later I am going to pick it back up because they have yet to even look at it. When I call to check the progress, the woman on the phone tells me that she'll call me back and never does. I have called about 3 times over the course of 20 days and each time they tell me that it's going to be about 2 more days. Now I am going to pick it up and take it someplace else. This business is so unprofessional and rude, I am trying to figure out how they're still in business.
Description of Work: They were supposed to repair a simple broken handle/starting mechanism on my push lawn mower. There were no services provided because they took too long and were too unprofessional.
