We had our entire exterior home painted in 2021 and Manco painting came in with the best price. The team worked very well to ensure there was no paint residue on our windows or doors. The final result was as nice as expected. Due to the rain the job was delayed but once they started and finished I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Manco painting.

Brian or Mitch was on time. He surveyed the work (July 22nd) and promised to send the bid/quote by text or email. I texted him on July 23rd and was told there were connecting difficulties with their internet, HOWEVER; he will get the estimate to me right away, Today July 30th - no contact. Others should be aware of my experience/s with Manco Painting.

Mitch did the estimate and was very nice and professional. Their price was the best of three quotes we got by far so we hesitated but decided to move forward. We are so happy we did. They did a wonderful job with the quote. It was extremely detailed. Everything we added was discussed, quoted and approved before the work was done. The house still looks great months later!

The painters (Humberto Ruiz) and his team are excellent. Since this job involved sanding and spraying, they spent a day prepping to protect our floors and seal off the rooms as much as possible. Painting paneling white is time consuming but they were meticulous. Humberto's son is a capable carpenter and we were pleased with the modifications to cabinets and molding. Humberto contracts with Manco. While we were very pleased with the crew, we were less than pleased with the Manco Management. The company has evidently been sold recently and reaching them by phone was difficult and aggravating. The lady who answers the phone is of no help whatsoever. Reaching one of the owners by phone was not possible because he did not have a cell phone. Painting was delayed not because of the crew, but by management. I think they are still learning the ropes. Hopefully, they will be able to provide the excellent oversight provided by the previous owner, David Felke

Contractor was a no show first day and 2 hours late the second. During washing several areas in need of repair were found. An on the spot estimate was given of $3000. I found this high so asked for an estimator to come out. The estimator agreed the needed painting and repairs were much less and said he would call with an estimate that day and schedule a repair by Friday (2 more days). Well I never got a call and despite repeated calls and texts never got a straight answer (and usually no answer). So I finally went with someone else. Their lack of follow through and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Incredible service. Foreman was absolutely best painter I've had experience with. Price was incredibly fare. Had just repainted a smaller vacation home and so knew where market was. Foreman identified some minor damage to stucco and repaired it prior to painting. Couldn't be more pleased with work.

Overall I'm fairly satisfied with the work. They did a professional job and the finished product looks excellent. The only areas where I would mark them down is in responsiveness and billing follow-up. There seemed to be some confusion over whether they received our payment; however, Brian called back the next day and said that they found our check. I would definitely use them again.

What a wonderful service. I needed a lot of work on the outside of my house. My patio door frame and door itself was rotting and needed to be replaced, some of my hardiplank was also rotting. House needed to be cleaned and repainted. It took the crew 2 days, one for powerwashing and replacing doors and frames and second day repainting. 
I have to say that they did a wonderful job, worked very hard all days till late but got it done as promised.

They came out Wed. and said they would start that afternoon. I met them Sat. and checked the house. It looked fantastic. They did so many extras I thought I would pay more (and I would have), but the price they quoted was what I paid. The mowers kept weed eating the post holding up the patio roof that I thought it would eventually fall down. Brian fixed a barrier around the post so they could no longer ruin them. Brian also replaced a few rotted board and put back a few board that had fallen off around the bottom of the patio. Brian also let me know that several limbs were rubbing on the roof. I will use them if I have any outside or inside painting to be done. They are grate. Call them if you need any painting. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable pricel.

I received a quote from Manco about a day or two after they came out to look at my house.  Brian was the main point of contact for everything and Ramone was my painter.  They both did an excellent job!  They showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned up when they left for the day and in my opinion, did an excellent job!  If I have any additional painting, interior or exterior, I plan to call them!  I couldn't be more pleased!!

I talked to Mitch, with Manco Painting, who inspected my home with me and listened to my concerns, promptly prepared and e-mailed a detailed proposal which we later talked about and agreed to. Do to upcoming projects, I needed the painting done ASAP.  He scheduled the job on the day I needed.  Mitch called the evening before to confirm the start time, and arrived with his painting crew on time. We walked the exterior with Romano, his #1 and discussed what was to be done. Romano and the other 2 painter/helpers started in immediately and worked from 0830 and continued till 700pm.  The second day they again started early and work straight through and completed the job.  I was on the job site continuously, observing their skill, inspecting their work, and insuring that my property was protected, and I'm happy to say that thus far they have exceeded my expectations.  I would highly recommend Manco Painting and in particular Mitch, Romano and his crew.

Showed up at 9 the first day and 8 am the other two days and worked until well past 5.   Always greeted my husband kindly and asked if we had questions.  Considering this was a last minute thing because our other painter we had scheduled couldn't find the paper work for our job, I was a bit nervous.   The project manager came every day.   We added a couple of things along the way and they were very fair in the price addition.

When we first had the owner come to give the estimate he was very thorough by sight to see what would need to be done. His crew was extremely prompt and were very nice and tried to make everything as easy on us as possible. When they were finished the owner came back out to check everything when it was finished and a manager had been there periodically to update us on all of the work. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be going back the next time I need work done.

They are about to paint the inside of my house because I went back to them. The experience was really good. They came right out, did an estimate for me and looked at everything. I liked the estimate so they did the work. They scheduled it and were here on time. They paint but they also repair so much of the wood and it was part of the deal. They did a fabulous job. I had put new gutters on and they matched the paint exactly to the gutters. They did the complete house in a day and it is still looking good. I found them after reading reviews on Angie's List and I liked the guy who came out. They knew what they were doing and their suggestions. It was a good experience. The price was good.
