"Thank you so much for your review I am so grateful that you took the time to write it. Here in this space I will be able to respond as I was unable to while you screamed at me non-stop on the phone. As you will be able to see through our communication since the beginning, you agreed to a service at least one time per month. This week your second visit rolled around. You got an automated courtesy text reminding you that your service was coming up, of which all you had to do was reply that you wish to cancel as your birthday was this week. Instead you chose to call me and scream at me, and belittle me and while I sat and listened in disbelief at your rage to a simple automated text. After screaming at me non-stop over and over that you were a Christian and as a Christian you would never schedule a service on your birthday. I asked you repeatedly to stop screaming at me and please allow me to speak at which you told me I couldn't speak because you were a Christian and you hung up on me. We were very happy to clean for you, but we do prefer to be treated as respectful as we treated you. Hope you have an amazing day!"
