They were supposed to pull the weeds every time they came and this didn't happen. They were supposed to fertilize twice a year and trim the bushes as needed and I had to call them every time I wanted it done. Sometimes they didn't come every week when they were supposed to. They were supposed to mulch once a year and I had to call them to tell them to do it. Every time I called, I had to leave a message and they hardly ever called me back. I would have to call them again and again. The owner went through several billing people and the bills were not kept straight. The owner threatened one of my neighbors who was also a client of his. He was a very volatile person. They would do a good job as long as one foreman worked for him. When he left, it all went downhill.
