It didn't go well at all. Kevin was barely on site to supervise the work, and he did a poor job of communicating with his sub-contractors. This meant that my husband and I had to supervise the work in order make sure that it was completed on time. He also relied heavily on day laborers for painting services whom he had trouble paying, and he never followed up with the city to have the work properly inspected or obtain the proper permits. What's more is that he assured us that we could stay in the house while work was being done, but we ended up spending 42 days in a motel.

From the first phonecall I had with the company, i knew I had made a good choice in selecting them. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. They brought all sample materials out to my home for me and my wife to look at and choose what we wanted. The work was started and completed in a very timely manner. Myself and my wife are very pleased with the professional job that was done. We would definitely hire LKD again and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
