The prep for the sale was fantastic, she did a walk through and gave me a very explicit list of to-do's. The sale went exactly as she said it would and we got multiple offers all over asking price, her level of understanding of the market she works within is absolutely fantastic and her prep list helped us to ensure we did everything we could to prepare for closing.
