I would use them again in the future. I will be looking for something different though.

I'm already a member of Lifetime and knew that one could hire a trainer but I never have. I never really took full advantage of the facilities or equipment and figured a trainer could help me. I asked around and Jake (one of the trainers) talked to me about what he did, the cost, and what to expect. He was very funny and we seemed to get along well. So I decided to buy a few sessions from him. We setup an appointment for the following week.
My first day was a shocker as Jake put me throw a big workout. I continued to see him twice a week for a month. I soon learned to appreciate having a trainer, at least for awhile. He showed me how to use almost all the equipment at the gym and showed me a variety of routines I never thought about.
I don't use him as often as I used to since I kind of know my way around the gym now. But I had a great experience and would highly recommend getting a few training sessions.

I've been going to them for years, and it's been great. The facilities are clean and spacious, it's located close to my house, and the staff is always pleasant.

It is a great gym.  Pricy, but massive & nice.  Equipment nice, basketball, raquetball, climbing, swimming, cardio including rowing, lifting everything including machines, racks, all the way down to dumbbells and bosu balls.  Really, nothing bad to say about it except I do have a bit of trouble justifying that monthly cost for my budget personally.

Actually, it's one of the best options if you have a family because of the free childcare. The facilities are always clean. They're very well maintained and really nice. They've got fantastic amenities. They've got some of the best amenities. The childcare is great.

Started in Nov needing to get back into shape. Train 2x/week with Kevin who's worked with me to make changes everyone else is noticing without blowing out any joints, muscles, etc. Feel great.
Massage (1 time) was nice but now they're having issues staffing up (remedying).
Locker rooms are great, clean, plenty of shower space, not crowded.
It's expensive for training and membership - you can find cheaper elsewhere. But, for now, it's working for me.

I have recently moved to this area and so I can't say in particular about the facility in this area, but I know that as a whole their facilities are very good. They have a great indoor pool. It has a great little café there and there is a salon. It is wonderful. They do a lot of camps for kids. They have classes like yoga. They are open 24/7 or very late and open very early in the morning. They are always available. They send out newsletters.

They are clean. They are open 24 hours and there is never any wait for the equipment. They replenish the towels and soap, so you don't have to use wet towels.

I use their heated leisure pool for water aerobics; I can use it 12 months of the year. I have been using them for about 3 years.

They have a wide range of services, including day-care and a hair salon. We will continue to use this provider.

It was a brand new facility when I joined. They really kept everything up. They had an area that children were supposed to be off limits to though. However, parents kept taking their children there and eventually it became more of a teen hangout. So I quit going.

They are always very clean. The machines are always working. Sometimes they are a little pricey.

I really liked this fitness center. They have fantastic locker rooms and extensive facilities. However, some of the equipment was in poor repair, the personal trainers would interrupt my workout to try to sell their services and the monthly cost was quite high - about $125/month/couple or $145/month/family. We switched to the (closer to my home) YMCA for $80/month. My husband can use the YMCA in downtown Houston during his lunch hour. I really miss the locker room and the towel service from Lifetime, but the YMCA works better for our schedules and is so much cheaper. I would recommend Lifetime over the YMCA if you can afford it and all the religious stuff at the Y bothers you. Overall, better value from the YMCA.
