Home Building
This house is an upscale house built by Lennar homes and we are very pleased with the work done by the homebuilders. The house comes with sod and a sprinkler system in the backyard. The house also has a better grade of carpet than most and the driveway was part of the package as well. There were a few minor things after moving in but they were very quick to take care of things for us.

Home Building
We are thrilled about our new home. It is exactly what we were looking to build and in our price range too. Lennar Homes was extremely attentive to our requests and the few changes we wanted were done without argument or much of a price increase. The financial part of this was also made much easier. The official closing on the house took less than one month.
