Lease A Hand

Our front door was mahogany with beveled glass inserts.  The outside was bleached by the sun.  He told us that we could not match the exterior to the interior color of the mahogany, even though we have had it refinished twice before and they were able to match it exactly at that price.  He said it would be $100 more to match it exactly.    He said it could only be "enhanced" not refinished.   He also  tipped over the stain on new exterior concrete, we were very concerned about that,as he had left.   I called him and he didn't want to come back, but he did and was finally able to get the stain out of it, after I threatened that he would have to pay for new concrete.  

This is not a "fix it" problem, it is a complete "re-do" situation.   There is unfinished work.  He did not refinish our cabinets, he ruined our cabinets.  We are now going to have to spend several times what the original cost was to have this remedied.
