My daughter and her husband use them too.  There's one closer to their house and they won't use it because they say the people there are not as friendly and professional so they always go to that one on Fry.  It was a sale for $19.99.

I only go to this location now after getting the and quot;your wipers are worn and must be replace lineand quot; from too many other places. My vehicle was in passing condition and passed with no problem, no up sell attempts or anything else. Technician was even nice enough to put my registration sticker on during the inspection. Relatively short wait and the staff was courteous.

I have been to this location several times. They are always friendly and relatively quick.
The only complaint I have involves the cost to change the air and cabin filters. If they change you filters for you, the cost is a little over $100. You can buy the filters yourself for less than $40 at your local parts store and learn how to change them by googling a how-to video.

While my car was in line for the car wash after the oil change I went to the car to get a coupon out, and the worker was digging through my stuff and literally had a checkbook in his hand that belonged to me. I went to the owner immediately, and although his only response was to fire that person I was still pretty upset. My car went through the car wash and suddenly the battery was completely dead. This was a very new car, and the battery had at least two years left on the life of it. They forced me to buy another battery from them, and even charged me for the install, when I know something was fishy about the whole thing. Why would it suddenly die right after someone got fired for trying to steal from my car. The owner didn't offer me any concessions for what I just went through, and my cars have had oil changes there for 8 years straight, every 3,000 miles, with all fluids changed there as well. I've spent thousands there, and I was treated like a number. Didn't even receive an apology for everything that happened. Last time I'll ever go to that location again. I was so turned off by the experience. By the way we ended up having a debit card number stolen a week later (shopping spree ON FRY ROAD), that we don't have proof of yet, but I feel the coincidence of the guy rummaging through my glove box was interesting.
