 + -1 moreInitially, it was great. I would give them an A or an A+ but afterwards, it became probably a D. The owner made it right and made it back. They were really nice. They did a great job but then they messed up my car. They wanted me to pay for it but the owner finally made it right and paid for all the parts and stuff. I think the price was fair. They messed up but they fixed it. Their responsiveness when they realized that they had messed things up was good but when it came to finding out it wasn't covered under warranty, it wasn't so good. I might go back there but they made such a quite aggravating and a hard decision for them to finally say that. They said upfront that they knew they had done something to the car. When Kia said it wasn't covered under warranty, then they started saying that I had to pay for it.
Description of Work: Kwik Kar is the only one that I've gone.
