Chris Kingham and his team took what was essentially a nice but well worn 80 year old house and gave us back a fresh, clean modern environment. Every surface in the entire house, inside and out, was touched.
They were always easy to work with and let me provide materials that I got elsewhere or extended their contractor prices to me for finish materials they acquired.
Good honest guys at a fair price. They will be back soon to build a new garage too.

Chris is very pleasant to work with. He responds promptly and is ready to work on resolving any issues you might have. His prices are quite competitive. I have already used his services on some other small projects also.
