 + -1 moreChris Kingham and his team took what was essentially a nice but well worn 80 year old house and gave us back a fresh, clean modern environment. Every surface in the entire house, inside and out, was touched. They were always easy to work with and let me provide materials that I got elsewhere or extended their contractor prices to me for finish materials they acquired. Good honest guys at a fair price. They will be back soon to build a new garage too. Definately recommend Chris and his team!
Description of Work: Painted exterior including replace rotten trim and installed new roof. Renovated kitchen, bathrooms, refinished wood floors, installed new wood floors, painted throughout.

Description of Work: Chris and his team are able to do almost every job you can think of. I used his services for full house remodeling: -tile work (floors throughout the house, bathrooms, kitchen back-splash) -laminate floors -painting (ceilings, walls, doors) -plumbing (two bathrooms were gutted out and rebuilt almost from scratch) -electrical (new outlets, fixing old ones, non operating light switches, light fixtures installation, etc.) -drywall -kitchen cabinets refinishing -water heater replacement -new appliances installation (kitchen stove, bathroom fans, washer/dryer, etc.) -house power-washing -wooden fence -roof vents fixing
