They were able to deliver my new mattress, and haul away my old one. They had a very large selection of mattresses available. The staff was very helpful. We had an issue once the product was delivered. The mattress we bought did not feel the same as it did in the store. The representative at the store told me that there was a period where the mattress needs to be "broken in". It really wasn't an issue, but I wish I would have known up front about this so called "breaking in" period. When inquiring about potentially returning the mattress they kind of made it a very complicated process where I was supposed to contact the owner, and pay some fees. I just kept the mattress. I would not use them again.
