Stay away. Do not waste your time and money. As soon as he got some extra money didn't show up. Absolutely unreliable and dishonest. Didn't answer the calls either.

Nice, nice people-very pleasant to have around, they do work hard and you can trust them if you need to leave the house. Grades: Fence Replacement, Deck painting - A+ Bathroom remodel- B Interior Paint- C Ceiling Damage - A Electrical- D+ (simple rewire and replacement they did fine, but figuring out problems-didn't have the knowledge to know when original wiring was wrong and how to fix it). Only issue I had is that they talked us out of a few things that we should have insisted they do the way we wanted them done.

We couldn't be happier with Mark Faichney and his crew! Mark was courteous over the phone, gave us a dead-on price estimate in person (this required multiple trips because we kept adding to the job), and carefully scheduled our project. He showed up on time and completed the job in 4 days and some change -- earlier than expected, even though there were a few hang-ups with the blinds and insulation (measurement issues that weren't related to any shortcoming on his part). Mark was extremely pleasant to have around the home (very personable, indeed!) and so were all of his helpers. Each one was polite, friendly, and meticulous. Mark really went the extra mile for us to help our home look as good as possible for putting it on the market. He made extra trips to the hardware store, gladly changed paint colors (at no additional charge) when I grew concerned about the lack of light in two of the rooms, and applied as many coats of paint as necessary. In a couple of places, this meant what ended up being, I think, four or five coats. I have found no stray paint anywhere. The entire crew was very careful with their taping. I also appreciated that they made it possible for us to continue living in our home. Instead of draping the entire home in plastic, they moved their drop cloths with them, which meant that I was still able to cook for my family. We feel that we got more than our money's worth. Since Mark was out here for the main job, I have called him on more than one occasion for advice on how to deal with some minor repairs, and he even came out again at no charge to check out another problematic light fixture. We will recommend him to everyone we know and would eagerly hire him again if we weren't moving away.
