Very well. Glass is nice and edges are rounded and finished well.

When the beading begin to pop up and in places it was cut too short, we called for the service man to return; he had an attitude. He and his son left all the old beading in the flower bed both visits. The beading was cut too short in places; and now beading is beginning to pop up again. We won't be calling them back. This person obviously needs better training.

After much searching and comparisons; we chose this company as they had installed a shower enclosure for us in previous years.  As I watched this job; I was pleased I had chosen an experienced company to do the work. They were knowledgeable with exact measurements, installing the metal matching frame on the outside of the enclosure that fit perfectly with the brick and interior molding.  They installed a safer, thicker glass also. In order to not damage the expensive roller blind, they adjusted their work and were very careful with the install.  They were on time, efficient and followed up with a call to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.

The Shower Guard has been the best investment I have ever made. We have hard water where we live, and it left a film on the shower door that is difficult to clean, so when we replaced the door we went with the ShowerGuard. Although there is maintenance required (once a week you have to use Soft Scrub cleaner on it), it is better than the old shower door.
Katy Glass and Mirror gave us the estimate, and installed the door when the remodeling was finished. They did a good job.

Katy Glass did good work, when they showed up for work. A job that should have been finished in about 7-10 days took nearly 5 weeks. They were late for the initial measurement by a day (they did not call, but instead just showed up the next day). They missed the installation by more than a week (again no call). Also, the measurements were incorrect, and we had to wait another week for corrections. After the correct sizes were ready for install, it turned out that some of the glass was defective, and the installers did not have enough materials to finish the installation. This added another week to the install. Each and every time, I had to call to see when they were going to show up, if they were going to show up at all. When the installers were there, they demonstrated very good skills and professionalism. Based on my experience, I do not see myself hiring Katy Glass in the future.

This company is awesome. The shower was no task for them. I had heard of them through word of mouth. I would gladly give them a recommendation. There are several things I liked about them. First off, they are the nicest people I have ever allowed in my home. They are very respectful. They are so professional. There is nothing bad to say about them at all. Even the price was wonderful.

THEY HAD TROUBLE GETTING BACK TO ME AFTER I E-MAILED THEM FOR INFORMATION USING A FORM FROM THEIR WEB SITE. (I DID IT ON SATURDAY AND THEY CALLED MONDAY AND SPOKE TO MY 10 YEAR OLD...) I CALLED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES TO FINALLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. AFTER SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT, THEY CAME A DAY EARLY (WITHOUT CALLING), BUT THAT WAS OKAY ANYWAY. THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND FOR THE PRICE QUOTED. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM USING THEM AGAIN.

REPLACED 2 TINTED WINDOWS THAT WERE BROKEN.

EXCELLENT WORK. THE SHOWER IS AWESOME. THE MIRRORS ARE STRAIGHT. THE INSTALLER WAS POLITE. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY.
