Had to put table and chairs together which I was not informed about and china cabinet was damaged. I contacted them via email which is their requirement for damages and it was two weeks before I got a response. They said someone from the manufacturer would call to schedule a time to come out. Have not heard from anyone and it has been over two weeks

We paid extra to have the furniture assembled.   When we went to pick up the furniture only the chairs were assembled and not the table.  One the first day one of the chairs had an obvious blemish that I was told was a knot in the wood that wouldn't absorb the stain.  They pulled out a color stain stick and tried to fix it but it didn't work.  I was told I would need to come back the next day to pick up another chair which I did.   This time the chair, which was a dark espresso color,  had a very visible blemish on the finish in a prominent place, like a drop of water had hit the furniture stain before it had dried and it created a very noticeable round light spot about the size of a nickel.  They refused to replace the chair and the individual I was talking too  said he couldn't help me, he said it was the natural wood finish (which it definitely wasn't) and refused to provide me his name.  He said this was cheap furniture and what did I expect and then turned around and walked off.    I would never shop at this establishment again or recommend it to anyone.
