You begin to understand getting a fence company out for such projects can be a daunting task. At Katy Fence Repair, we specialize in fence and gate repairs. No project is inappropriately sized for us to handle. We will be happy to replace a bad gate latch or replace the whole gate. We will repair 10 ft of fence or install thousands of feet of new fencing for you. A homeowners driveway gate is just as important as the business owners security gate. Not good, he cashed my check after 6:30 pm that evening even after I showed his employee the fence was lopsided. He refuses to fix it saying it was like that before and he just replace it like it was. Not true I have pictures of the previous fence and if there was an obvious problem, he claims to have replaced the fence exactly like it was before, not so. The fence he built is much taller and loppsided

Very smoothly. I called them on a holiday, they returned my call same day and measured next day. They fenced a day later after utilities were marked. Professional and prompt. The fence looks good.

We hired Katy Fence repair to replace our house and 4 other houses on our street. I chose Katy Fence Repair because they gave us the best bid. I should have chosen Texas Fence, since they already did one portion of the fence. After the fence was replaced, my neighbor and I noticed some slats that had huge holes in them, or they had cracks down the slat. She called and they came out to replace hers free of charge. When my husband and I asked for ours to be replaced, they wanted to charge us for them. They said it wasn't part of their warranty/workmanship. Using shoddy materials is not acceptable- I guess I should have been outside picking my wood slats when the laborers were installing it. We also questioned the height of the fence- according to our contract, and the height of the previous fence they were replacing, it should have been 6'. When finished, it was well over this height. My husband has tried to call the owner several times, but he will not call us back, he sent us an email stating how much the new slats would cost.

With the rain there was some movement of the initial agreement and timing.  One thing to understand is when they are replacing your fence it is very possible that your landscaping may be damaged, especially if it is close to your fence or on the fence.  If you have seasonal flowers and stuff you might want to do this in-between the seasons so the damage would be less.

I called the Katy Fence office phone to get a quote to replace my back fence. It took over a week for someone to call me back. The gentleman asked me to send a picture so I can get a quote. I sent him the picture and I told him to please send someone out so they can measure the fence to get an accurate quote. I told him I have an HOA deadline to replace my back fence and to please let me know asap if he has the manpower to do the work and it has been over a week since I heard from him. The owner needs to get either more employees or contractors to respond to potential clients and to help him. This was a very frustrating experience.

Joe, the owner, submitted a proposal on Saturday,  came out the next day (Sunday) and within 4 1/2 hours I had the fence and gates that I asked for and agreed to.  Joe and his two man crew arrived at the agreed time and started immediately with the tear down of my old fence proceeded by the build of the new fence and gates.  Both the quality of the materials used ad the build craftsmanship was excellent.  When finished they cleaned the work site and removed all of the old fencing.  This was a small job but when I decide to replace the rest of my fence, I will definitely call Katy Fence Repair.

We had a great experience with Katy Fence Repair.  I emailed them pictures of our broken gate and where there were gaps in our rot wood.  Within one day I received an estimate and by the end of the week the work was done.  They did a great job of keeping me informed of when they would do the work.  The crew came in and within a couple of hours got the job done. We are very pleased with the result.
