Process went smoothly with a single hiccup. One shutter was damaged, so Vendor decided to return the shutter to the Manufacturer for repair. I had to wait several days, but repair was perfect and shutter is installed

Michelle was very professional and knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole process with ease and helped us choose the right option for our house. Jeremy took the measurements the same day we placed the order. We were aware that these would take 8-10 weeks to come in and sure enough, we go them right on time with installation done in about 4 hours by Brandon and Eddie. I would highly recommend Katy Blinds and Shutter!

Working with Romer was smooth and professional. Scheduled a home visit to measure and discuss options. He left several samples after narrowing down so we could compare in different lighting at various times of day. After ordering, scheduling installation was convenient and quality of product and installation was excellent.

The process went very well. The firm was quick to respond, and Romer came to my home soon after I contacted them. Then it did not take long for the blinds to be made and installed; and they look really good! I had used KB&S before, and I would definitely use them again.

We had them come by to review what products and services they offer, selected blinds for eleven windows, and they returned a couple of weeks later and installed them.  The blinds look great and they were installed properly.  We are very pleased.

As soon as we decided to buy a new house, I contacted Katy Blinds and Shutters. The salesperson was prompt in coming out to measure and quote. I asked to have the blinds installed the day we closed and they were happy to oblige. All blinds were installed by move day (except one that was cut incorrectly) which was very helpful. The shutters were installed about a week after move in. The incorrectly cut blind was installed a couple of weeks later.  Overall, the service was very good and the quality and price were great.

No customer service. Made an appointment for a consultation that did not happen. Called when she was 15 minutes late and was told it would be another 45 minutes. No phone call - nothing. My time is valuable and I have better things to do than sit and wait.

Delivered a quality product in a timely manner. Installers were professional, friendly and very respectful of my home. My windows were accurately measured and the custom shades fit perfectly. They made the process pleasant and easy from beginning to end.
