I saw JS Tree Services on Instagram and was impressed by the results. While my results were similar my experience with transparency and clear communication was lacking. I desired landscaping, paver installation (walkway and patio) and drainage. The team leader was more concerned with getting me sold than making sure I had an overall good experience and everything I wanted was done. I was quoted one thing in conversation when it came to materials for the entire project which ended up costing me $900 more than what I was given. As a first timer I expected to work directly with Alejandro instead I worked with 2 individuals who I did not speak to directly in the beginning. I ended up with paver installation, drainage installation and not real landscaping just a retainer wall and edging for my flower beds. Additional fees were attached that were not my responsibility nor were they discussed with me and I had to ask for sod to be laid (which was done improperly) in areas where they dug up too much grass. All of my work was done in two days but for a better experience I would have been okay if it had taken longer. My advice ask questions about EVERYTHING upfront and get it all in writing.

Tree trimming was great, however the original price agreed upon was different at end of work. They tried to charge me for top soil and mulch when that was never indicated to be separate. They did no weeding,l. In fact, they put top soil and mulch over my weeds, to include branches from Davao palms they had cut. There was next to nothing in the way of cleanup. They used a blower to blow debris into my yard instead of picking it up. It was nowhere near a professional job and I had to go behind them and pull weeds, and remove debris. The owner, Jose, didn’t communicate to the team that came out at all. They did not even k is they were planting trees I had sitting there for them. Once they planted them, they didn’t stake the trees down for 4 days. I had to repeatedly call to get them back out to do so. This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

GREAT! The sales rep and work crew were awesome - thorough, honest, and timely. They performed the job perfectly! We would highly recommend and will definitely call upon them for our future needs.

Cut a whole fence line of trees; 2 Pine trees removed in the front; left the 2 pine trees stumps in the back. It was great.

6J's did a fantastic job trimming the tree and cleaning up the debris. The only problem I had was they were not there at the time they said they would be there. They said they would be there on Tuesday and when I call at noon they said oh it will be tomorrow at 8:30am so on Wednesday I waited for them and finally called at 9:15am and was told they would be there that day for sure. The came and did a great job. I called them and told them that I would be home at 5:30pm so they could come by and be paid. At 7:30pm I called and they said they would be by at 8:00pm. They had not shown up by 10:00pm, so I put the check under the mat and went to bed. I have nothing but praise for their work. I just wish they would have had more consideration for my time.

Fantastic!!! They gave us a estimate on Saturday afternoon. Showed up on time and with a 5 man crew as promised. They were very SAFE in doing their work. Very Professional. Supervisor spoke both English and Spanish. Company provided a certificate of insurance as requested. My payment was done with a credit card. They were well equipped and came to conquer the job of two houses in one day. Overall they worked on 21 trees. Removed two and grinded down the stump. They also removed a HUGE PECAN BRANCH that I could not get down. I would rehire this company again.

Very good job. Crew wasn’t overly friendly but a good job was done at a decent price. Cleanup excellent too.

It was great. They gave a lot of details, very transparent, very professionals, had a fair price, and gave me different options. It was reasonable for the amount that they trimmed and the position of the tree.

Their representative Kathy was helpful, knowledgeable, and she answered all of my questions. If she did not know the answer she was on the phone finding the answer. She sent me research of what it should cost to trim trees, thin trees, or remove trees. Alex was the estimator, he showed up and gave me three options. I choose the option most needed. He drew up a plan for me and submitted the cost plus tax. He took a 360 video of the tree to show his team. They showed up on time and on the correct day. Crew was clean, identifiable, and organized. Equipment was well maintained. Everyone had a job and knew their job. The tree was trimmed in two hours. It was trimmed and the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. My Tree looks beautiful. They were not the cheapest, or the most expensive. I did not want cheap, and quality of the job that was done exceeded my expectations.
