Trey came out and evaluated an electrical problem that I was having with my pool control equipment and main pump. He found the issue quickly and got everything back in working order. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. His rates were very reasonable and I feel like he took really good care of us. He will definitely be the one we call for any pool issues we have in the future.

Trey is extremely knowledgeable, honest, punctual and professional. He has done several repairs and custom projects for us over the past ten years, including heater repair and replacement, spa motor replacement, in spa umbrella well installation and wireless automation installation and programming.

Tono and the whole roofing operation was done to my complete satisfaction. Crew was polite and cleaned up well after job completion. A couple months after job completion I had a question and so I called Tono. Within an hour the crew foreman came out to my house and answered all my questions. trey came out early Monday morning found my problem right away. An electrician was needed to fix breaker that I had blown. Trey waited for electrician so we could start pool pump so we could confirm everything was working and it did. Even though he had to wait over an hour he only charged me his minimal service charge. I will call them again.

I was referred to this wonderful husband and wife team (Trey and Tabitha) because my pool contractor took the money and ran. They really were a godsend and helped me get my pool usable and looking great. They were very patient and worked with me explaining everything about my pool equipment what to do what not to do. One weekend I cleaned out my pool filter and couldn t get it back together right. They came the next morning to help me get it put back together. They ve even kindly answered a few questions I ve had since they were finished and text me back right away. As someone who is been completely screwed on her brand new pool installation I can rest easier knowing I have these two available to come and help me fix any problem I have. They are very knowledgeable and I am confident would give you the same wonderful service they gave me.

I have an older in ground pool that had recently been replastered with a new filter and pump. After all the work was done, I still kept having issues with the skimmer. The same guy came back out multiple times, but could never identify the problem and blamed everything on old pipes. So I called Trey Ivey and he assessed the situation. He took the time to explain step by step what was not working properly and gave me his recommendations. He ended up fixing everything within a couple hours and had the pool working better than ever. A couple of days later the suction cleaner was not working properly. Trey came by and found an acorn had been stuck in the pool suction cleaner. He fixed the problem free of charge and showed me how to disassemble the pool cleaner for future use. The pool has never been cleaner. Trey went above and beyond. I highly recommend him for all your pool needs.

The best thing about Trey the owner is he has a word if he tells you he will do something it gets done.He and his wife are simply the nicest people and they do a great job. I love that he explains the process and still does the job for a competitive price. He will be maintaining my pool on a regular basis because I trust him.

Trey came out the same day I called to show me how to program my new pool pump. He was thorough and informative. He also provided tips on how to get better flow coverage for the spa and pool.
