Pool and Spa Servicing
Pros;never asked for additional money, pool was finished in a reasonable amount to time considering the weather. We have really enjoyed the pool and the swimming. The pool guy is arrogant and condescending, the inground floor cleaning system does not work properly and remove debris, they did not do as they represented, the ''maintenance free'' salt pool uses a lot of chemicals, the service after the sale is non existent and unresponsive. You can only ask question via email and pool school was a joke. The letter regarding the first 30 day pool maintenance came 6 weeks after we put water in the pool. Do not use this company if you expect service or a cooperative relationship during the construction. Response to questions after completion is very poor.
