Were very prompt and professional. Enjoy the family type atmosphere. Rafael and JR are really nice guys. Pricing seems to be very good and install was excellent. Planning on having another system installed this week.

When I when for my first visit to find out if the Pioneer AVH-X3600BHS radio would fit in the 2007 Jeep. I was advised that it would ,but it would look better to change the dashboard bezel out. I'm glad I took their advice.
Installation took 5 hours or better, mainly due to the back camera line running through the hatch wiring harness. Needed the car back before he was able to finish, so the bluetooth and Nav unit weren't working. After the second visit the PAC interface that had come with my Alpine radio was determined to be faulty and replaced. Once that was changed out, everything worked great.
Two things to remember about Hyper-Audio. One is listen to their advice, they know what they are doing. Second, they stand behind their work...or in this case someone else's work and they don't give up until it works, even if 3pm on Saturday is their closing time.
If I ever need a radio installed again, Hyper-Audio is the only place I'll go!
