Houston Tree Pros

I called and left a message for Oscar (one of the owners) on Tuesday. He was able to come out the next evening to give us a quote on what we wanted done. He kept us very informed of when he could make it out via text so we always knew when to expect him. Full disclosure, we had used Houston Tree Pros two years ago to have our front to trees trimmed and to have a pine tree removed so we already knew we liked his work. He had been referred to us by a neighbor back then. Once he gave us the quote I told him I needed to get comfortable with the price and I would give him a call in a couple of days. He ended up calling me on Friday morning letting me know that his crew was available that morning if I wanted to move ahead with the plan. I gave him the green light and within the hour he was at the house with two other works to get the job done. They were very orderly and hauled everything away and did a very nice job on cleaning up everything. Oscar seems to be very honest and is willing to work with you whatever your needs are. We are glad we know him. I would definitely use him again in the future.
