Houston Plumbing Services came out after the winter storm of February 2021 and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Leonard and crew came out to my house very quickly, with masks and PPE for Covid protection, and quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired it. Very professional with reasonable prices. We went from problem to working plumbing in like 30 minutes! Plus the office/scheduling staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be using them again and recommend you do too. Update: I hired Leonard & team again when I needed a house inspected because the traditional inspector wasn't able to properly inspect the pipes. Team understood the urgent timeline and was very accommodating. Keep up the good work!

It was really good. A little surprise on how the clean, professional and courtesy. They were neat, spoke timely, and explain the process. They laid a cloth to keep from tracking through the house. And they even put on shoe covers.
