Our house was flooded by Hurricane Harvey, so we were browsing the window treatment aisle at Home Depot when an employee in that department asked if we needed assistance. She provided samples, pricing information, and directions so we could accurately measure the windows ourselves. She made us aware of a sale on Bali woven woods that was about to end, and informed us of an additional discount based on the number of shades purchased. Thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly saleswoman, we were able to go home, measure all windows and return to place our order that evening before the sale period expired. The shades arrived on time and fit perfectly, look great and I was able to install them myself for additional savings.

My kitchen is very small, so it didn't cost that much. I think they did a very good job. My stove was in the counter. Since I had purchased my stove, while they were putting the counter-tops in, they also slid my burner's in. It was not work that they had to do. It was just connecting the electrical parts. All they had to do was connect the electrical parts. They did that for me so I can't complain. The burners were contained in the island with three drawers under it. They are like a loose tray that you sit down above the drawers, and the counter's go over it. They had to cut around the burner's and  made into one piece.

I didn't change out the counter, I just changed out the burner's. They changed them out and everything worked. They really didn't have to do that because I didn't purchase the stove through them. I thought it was a good price. I have been using it all of this time, and it still looks brand new. It was good quality. It's still in good shape. 

If they tell you they are going to be here at a certain time, they are here at that time. They were very professional. Before they enter your house, they have to identify themselves that they are from Home Depot and dressed accordingly.

They cleared everything away and left everything neat and clean. The tile was laid down correctly. There was something like a sink in the floor and the tile wouldn't lay straight and they corrected the problem and didn't increase the charge on it. I feel like I got a good price because of all the work they had to do.

The man used a lot of detail on how to install the door. I was very thankful for that and feel like they did a good job for me.

Very good special on good quality carpet, although, the installers could have performed a better job cleaning up after the installation. A tile in the bathroom was also broken, but was replaced afterwards by HD.

Home Depot serviced me promptly & followed up quickly with estimates & installation. They were very reasonable with their prices & were able to explain the specific selection of different grades & the advantages of the flooring I picked out. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed upon & the installers were on time. They didn't level or undercoat the flooring, but I was happy with it. They cleaned up all the mess.
