Guardian Professional Inspections exists to provide home inspection services including new build phase inspections, 11 month warranty inspections, first time buyer inspections, pre-owned home inspections , and commercial property inspections services. We are T.R.E.C. (Texas Real Estate Commission) licensed, InterNACHI Certified (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), and TPREIA (Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association) Certified. We have been servicing the Katy/Houston area since 2008. Our clients are our priority. We offer same day delivery of your inspection report. We look forward to scheduling your inspection.
