Terrible. The technician was very nice but the job done was horrible. It cannot be left as it is and must be redone. I have called the company over two weeks ago and was told all the technicians have Covid and have been sent home. Now, no one answers the phone. My check has been cashed. I have also used their 'Chat' online and it was initially answered with the information listed above, but now, no one responds.

WORKER LEFT RESIDENCE WITH SMUDGE IN BOTTOM OF TUB PROMISING TO RETURN AND REPAIR SPOT AFTER TUB WAS DRY AND THEN REPLACE TUB DRAIN. 9/29/17 COMPANY REFUSING TO REPAIR SMUDGE OR REPLACE TUB OVERFLOW DRAIN. COMPANY CLAIMS IT WAS OUR FAULT. WORKER ALSO REPAIRED AND CHARGED FOR 2 CHIP REPAIRS WHICH I DID PAY FOR SINCE THEY PROMISED TO RETURN AND FIX THE SMUDGE. COMPANY PROMISES 8 YEAR WARRANTY!! LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN'T DEPEND ON THAT.
