It was discovered my computer could not be repaired. Since all my files had been retrieved, Best Buy trashed it. I ended up buying a new laptop.

We are pleased with them and we continue to go back to them for anything that we want in electronics.

It was great.  The 2 technicians that came out were fantastic.

We use them a lot. We have a service agreement with them to fix the computer. We go through them for all our electronic stuff because we trust them. There is no cost for the repairs because we have a contract.

Purchased a new Samsung 46" LCD TV and took it home from the store. Arranged for Best Buy to pick up our old TV from our home for "recycling". There is a very large range of professionalism and service from the staff at Best Buy. The staff on my original shopping trip was very helpful. The Magnolia department helped me on the actual date of purchase and the woman who assisted my was not helpful.. She tried to tell me that everything the staff the night before said would be no problem was actually not possible concerning Best Buy picking up my old TV for recycling/ Had to get the department manager to show her how to complete the transaction.

They arrived on time. TV was under service plan warranty so there was no charge. The service person arrived without batteries to operate his diagnostic remote, so I had to let him use two of our batteries, which I thought was unprofessional. But other than that the service was fine.

The man who worked on my computer did a good job and really seemed to know his stuff. I thought the price was a little high based on the cost of computers these days, however I spent a lot of money on my computer and I wanted it fixed instead of buying a new one. He repaired the hard drive and the video card and so far it is working great. The work was done quickly and overall this was a very good experience.

Best Buy answered my call promptly and followed up readily with the warranty and television repair. They were able to explain the specific reason for the picture being distorted. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day and time were available. The technician was on time. He adjusted the picture tube and the picture looks great. He put the big screen back in its spot and left a card for future service calls.
