I scheduled Gartin to clean the pool and add chemicals every week. Without fail, I was hit with extra charges and repairs that I thought were unnecessary. I told them I no longer wanted them to work for me and was insulted, and they continued to try and charge me for service.

"We are sorry that this customer was unhappy with our service. Unfortunately, he signed up for 2 times a month service instead of the recommended weekly. Also, when the service was started the DE filter needed to be cleaned and the clogged up chlorinator needed to be rebuilt. Due to these 2 repairs needed for us to keep the pool clean and clear the customer was unhappy. The cost of the 2 repairs and 2 cleans was not the $500 mentioned in his review."

Everything is wonderful, and I have no complaints. The people are always very considerate. I always see the same workers coming and never anyone different. My pool holds up very well, and it is always crystal clear and never has too many chemicals. Every time Gartin comes to the house, they give me the option to come outside and observe. I find this to be very professional because at least you feel comfortable and know that they are not hiding anything.
