I called and was scheduled to have the service performed within 2 days. Michael arrived and checked outside for entry points while treating. He came inside and continued the treatment inside. I have an older home and the windows aren't sealed very well. When he did the treatment he also took care of the window ledges and corners of the windows. I was glad to see him take care of these areas as they are bothersome. He found 2 entry points for rodents. He gave me an estimate and I asked when he could begin the work. He had supplies he needed on his truck and the time, he could begin immediately. I said please go ahead. I found the service to be professional and very neat. I have other services that leave messy powders behind and track it all over the house. This was not the case. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.
"[member name removed], Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do believe the process is helpful to our company. Sincerely, Joyce"
"[removed member name], We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your pest control service as our number 1 goal is to solve any pest issue our customers might be having. We made one attempt to service your home a second time on 9/18/13, per your appointment, but no one was home. We do stand 100% behind all of our work and your service is still under warranty. We do understand that customers have their own work schedules so we do make arraignments to service homes outside of 8am-5pm windows and we do offer services on Saturdays as well. In response to the roaches in the cabinets. These sound like German Roaches which we were not aware of at the time of your initial treatment for spiders and general pests. German Roaches are an infesting pest and do require a more invasive treatment. In order to adequately treat for German Roaches we would ask that you empty your cabinets so we may treat the areas where they are actually nesting. On our initial services we will treat the cabinets if the customer requests; however, the customer does need to empty their own cabinets prior to the treatment. We can not apply pesticides on top of dishes, cooking utensils, or food. We will attempt to contact you today to take care of the roach issues you are still facing.
