I had been told by another termite exterminator that we had Active Subterranean termites. Jim, owner of Frontier, and employee Chris went to inspect the location also. They knew that the home had had termites in 2015 because they did the treatment back then. Today they said that there are no active termites. The other company was ready to sign us up for treatment for $1648 +tax. We are so grateful that Jim and Chris went to re-inspect and said we do not have an infestation now.

I called and was scheduled to have the service performed within 2 days.  Michael arrived and checked outside for entry points while treating.  He came inside and continued the treatment inside.  I have an older home and the windows aren't sealed very well. When he did the treatment he also took care of the window ledges and corners of the windows.  I was glad to see him take care of these areas as they are bothersome.  He found 2 entry points for rodents.  He gave me an estimate and I asked when he could begin the work.  He had supplies he needed on his truck and the time, he could begin immediately.  I said please go ahead.  I found the service to be professional and very neat.  I have other services that leave messy powders behind and track it all over the house.  This was not the case.  I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I was concerned that I might have rats/mice in my attic because I found droppings in several storage boxes and "nibble marks" on items.  Michael arrived to assess the situation within hours after my call (the office staff answering the call were professional but seemed to really care). He was polite, professional and very honest.  I was convincd I had a problem, but after a thorough exam Michael was able to assure me that the rats/mice appeared to have vacated the premises and there was no current activity.  He could have told me that my house was infested and I would have believed him - and spent lots of $ ridding myself of an invented problem!  It is rare to find that kind of professionalism and integrity with these types of service.  He showed me areas where rodents might enter in the future and advised me how to seal those openings.  He charged me nothing and insisted that estimates were free. Overall a refreshing experience!  I would recommend Frontier Exterminating highly and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I contacted Frontier Exterminating via email for a quote on pest control treatment.  Chris responded quickly with a few questions for me to answer in order to provide me with an accurate estimate.  Chris was courteous and professional.  He was able to give me a quote the same day I contacted him and offered to schedule the treatment for the next day!  I was not prepared to be scheduled so quickly so I had to wait a couple of days.  Mr. Danny arrived on time and completed the treatment quickly and was very thorough.  We decided on quarterly treatment, but we did not have to sign a contract.  I hope to see Mr. Danny again for our next pest control treatment.

Right from the beginning, Frontier Exterminating Company was prompt and professional. The representative was unaware that I had been told the possible path of entry for the rodents from other companies (some which had no merit) so I was impressed when he pointed out the same paths but disqualified several due to the lack of evidence (no sings of activity ie., hairoil, droppings etc.) other companies offered to cover these "disqualified" entry paths for a lot more money. I spoke with the representative about the problems we were having, he listened intently and answered all my questions then offered the same service (with a guarantee) only for approx. 1/4 of the price that the most expensive company had offered the day before. So, I signed up. After setting up the traps and explaining to us the dynamics of what to expect, it was game time. We went on vacation that weekend (Spring break) and when we returned there were a few rodents caught. Our rep. came out and retrieved the rodents the same day. But our big surprise was 2 weeks later when they all started going for the bait due to no out side access or other food source. It Worked!! Although it was disturbing to find over a dozen rodents living in our attic, (we thought there were only 1 or 2). Needless to say, within a few weeks there were no more sounds, activity, or problems. By now, our rep. and I were on a first name basis, so when "Mike" came for the last time, it was like saying goodby to a friend. Best Experience Ever!

They are very good.  They are prompt.  It is between $50 and $60 and they would do different services for you depending on what you want.  It is very humid and very hot here most of the year and people tend to have a lot of termite problems, so they do routine maintenance for termites as well as other regular pest problems.  Then if you have small children in the house, they will modify what they are doing like just do under sinks, I think most exterminators do that.  Anyway, they are quite nice.  They are very contentious.  They always come on time and they call us and ask us when they should come and give us some options on when to come.  They remind us ahead of time.  They are very courteous and very nice to deal with.

I hired them after finding them on Angie's List. They arrived on time to the appointment. They gave me a detailed report after they completed the work and it was everything I needed for a refinance. Everything turned fine and it was a good experience.

They keep the critters away and they just came out to check the bait boxes and refill them

Less than a month after our treatment we had live roaches crawling from under the dishwasher. We contacted them about this and they said they could come out and retreat. Only problem there is their only available 8-5. No flexibility on there part. Needless to say we were not impressed with their service.

I started using them two months ago and I would recommend them. They are friendly, courteous, on-time and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me anything. They took their time and got rid of the problem. The price and quality were adequate.

Frontier handled everything very professionally and handled all of our questions and concerns with courtesy. They have also come through on the odd occasion at my request to recheck problem areas.
They are now my regular pest control company, and come once a year to do an annual termite inspection. As well as quarterly. They call to remind me when my quarterly pest inspection is due and set up the appointment. They call to make sure there is someone here before arriving.

I have been using Frontier Exterminating for over 20 years and just didn't think about including them in Angie's List since I found them on my own...I get a call from Frontier every quarter to schedule my treatment like clockwork.  They are always pleasant and professional.  Richard has been my service provider for all these years with occasional substitutions when I pick a different day than is my usual routine.
The job is quick, but thorough and I haven't had any problem with bugs (an occasional silver fish or small spider) in all that time.  I highly recommend having your home treated regularly so you don't get any type of infestation.
Today's treatment was no different - they give a window of 4 hours which is standard, but I can call them to find out where they are so I can run errands if I am not far from my home.  
I highly recommend them.
