I have known Tom McCarty for over 30 years and can easily recommend his services without hesitation. Tom is very thorough inspector. He is also on time and reasonably priced. He takes the time to go over EVERYTHING with you personally and provides a detailed report even with pictures when it is warranted. Any homeowner would be blessed to have him inspect their potential new home. One thing for certain, they will be aware of everything that is needed to be done to the house. Additionally, I have found Tom's recommendations to be substantiated every time by professionals I have hired to work on my new home. So he is someone who can be trusted to help have a superior home purchasing experience.
