When I first received information from Homeadvisor I saw that you were looking for someone to replace or fix a faucet in your mothers bathroom. You were looking for someone to clean or replace the aerator. I mapped your mothers home and saw it was 28 miles from my place of business and decided not to call on the lead from Homeadvisor one it was a very simple task. two It was outside my area. The next day you reached out and called me and I returned your call. I explained to you that it would cost a 2 hour minimum charge for me to come to replace the aerator. I did tell you how to do it and also told you that you could go online and watch a video on how to remove an aerator but you said you were happy paying my company 2 hours to replace the aerator. When I got to your mothers home and notice this was a unknown faucet and that none of my aerator tools would work I went to Lowes where you purchase the Comlee vanity and spoke to a Lowes pro and they said I would need to contact the company that made the vanity to find out what faucet they used on this Comlee vanity. After about an hour I finally talk to someone in Montreal Quebec Canada and they sent me the SPECIAL EARATOR TOOL Designed for that faucet and a NEW Aerator As soon as I received the package from Canada I came the next day and installed it which I also called and text you with updates as we progressed.The drive to your mothers home was 40 minutes each way with moderate traffic and I made 2 trips.
