They're fast and efficient. It took about 30 minutes. They offer a waiting area. It was just four walls and coffee, but it was okay.

Great customer service. I was offered a water while they changed my oil. I was even allowed to stay in my car!

Love the customer service. Store Manager Terrell walked up to my car as I drove in the lot, I was able to stay in my car during the oil change and in less than 10 minutes,I was on my way. Also had issues with my A/C very reasonable prices. I won't go anywhere else.

Quoted about $500.00 for a minor problem. The same thing was fixed by another shop for $225.00. Super EXPENSIVE SHOP.

My daughter and I went to Express for a basic oil change. We were offered water or soda while they changed the oil and checked all of the fluids. They also checked the air filter, fuel filter, wipers, signal lights, brake lights and tire pressure. The entire crew was so friendly and helpful. Since then, my son and husband have been there to have their vehicles serviced and they have received the same outstanding level of customer service.

The experience was flawless from start to finish. I was met immediately upon arrival by a polite service technician, who quickly ascertained what I wanted done and got my vehicle into a bay. I told him I wanted my oil changed and tires rotated, and he patiently explained what services were offered and how much they cost. I then went to a waiting area, where he came to get me to tell me I had a nail in one of my tires. I asked him to repair this, and the personnel at the site did it quickly. I was given a detailed checklist of what had been done, and was even told my cabin air filter was close to replacement, but could wait until the next oil change (they could have told me otherwise and I would have paid them to do it).
The whole thing (oil change, supplies, tire rotation, and tire repair) came out to less than $80.00 -- a bargain. What most impressed me, however was the courtesy, professionalism, and integrity of the staff at Express Oil Change. I have since been back for routine maintenance on other vehicles and was similarly impressed. I plan to use this company exclusively for routine maintenance on my vehicles.
