This is a tale of two companies. I was not happy with the technicians at all. The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers. The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs. That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me. I’m confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.

The service was outstanding. Owner and workers were punctual and service was completed timely and correctly.

Work went well. Chris was very open with suggestions and good with communication. His team was quick and addressed my questions and issues with the current system. All work was completed in one day and they went above and beyond to make sure the system was quality before they left.

Crew arrived on time, quickly located valves and replaced. Next day, different zone was leaking and zone valve boxes flooded. I thought initial repair work done incorrectly. Crew came back next day, arriving again right on time. Initial repairs had been done correctly. Two more zone valves had failed. Crew efficiently replaced these as well. No further issues. Chris stood behind his people and his company and was responsive and patient with us while resolving our doubts about the work done on the first day. He was committed to making it right no matter what the issue was. Jose (crew lead) was also very patient with me asking questions and showed me every step while I hovered over him on the second visit. Even though I was directly challenging him about work done, he was positive throughout the whole process - and he was right. Impressive. Thank you Chris and Jose! Highly recommended.

Great service and great communication. Called him originally just to get our sprinklers running again. He also inspected everything and he told us we needed to replace the pump. Pump actually ended up exploding days later, so he was right! Came back quickly to replace pump and replace sprinkler heads.

Chris sent someone right away. Jose did the work and was very professional and worked quickly. Within one hour of me calling Elite Sprinklers, my issue was resolved.

Chris came out and evaluated the entire system to find the origins of the problem. He found and fixed it and then tuned up all of the other sprinkler heads so they sprayed only on the lawn and plants. He was very professional and diligent in his job.

I used Angie's list in selecting Chris and found him to be very professional. He gives good advice and was very patient with all my questions---and I ask a lot of them! I give him high marks and will not hesitate to hire him again.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Chris showed up to our first meeting, EARLY(8am appt time too), because I stressed to him I needed to get to work. By the time I came home around lunch, the entire backyard was finished and he was working on the front yard problems. He repaired, BOTH, my front AND back yards for the same price 3 other companies quoted me for JUST my backyard issues. My construction company that cut all my electrical lines, honored their mistake but told me it would take 2 weeks to get a crew out to fix the lines, because they had NO idea where they severed them. NO THANK YOU. I called Chris immediately and relayed the problem to him. He stated he could come by that day after another repair he was doing. He arrived a little after 1pm, and within 45 minutes had located and dug up one of my severed lines, BENEATH my newly laid concrete sidewalk. WOW! These electrical lines were TINY. I'm a VERY hands on person and prefer to do most of my own work, but this was out of my league. However, Chris had ZERO hesitations with me hovering around watching his every move. I'm paranoid about being taken advantage of, so I was very clingy while he worked. Every time I stepped in with a question or concern, he broke it down very technically for me and made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. Elite will have ALL of my future irrigation business, and will receive any and all referral opportunities that come my way as well. THANKS AGAIN CHRIS & ELITE!!!!

I have used Chris several times over the last several years to do maintenance and repairs on my sprinkler system. He is Always quick to respond to my calls and is always and punctual friendly and professional each time he comes to my home. Chris is very trustworthy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable service of their sprinkler systems.

E-mailed company during evening and received almost immediate response. Chris provided estimate and scheduled appointment for following day. He was able to arrive early and completed both repairs. While testing system, he brought to our attention that several sprinkler nozzles were were clogged. These he repaired at minimal additional cost. We were very pleased with Chris's responsiveness, service and price.

Chris was very professional. He came on time, identified the problem quickly and fixed it. And more importantly, Chris did not rush through things. He waited and ensured that the problem was properly resolved, before leaving. I highly recommend Chris.
