Elevation Express Land Surveys

I contacted them mainly because of Angie’s List. Since they are in Katy and I’m in the woodlands I didn’t think they would travel that far so I tried other survey companies first. No one responded. So I called. The nicest lady answered the phone and I told her what I needed. She emailed me the information form which I filled out online and emailed back. Soon I as on the list. The survey was completed and I got the certificate. Very,very,very reasonable. True professional group.

I needed a survey done quickly and they promptly returned my call, set up the survey and delivered it right on time as they promised. Easy to work with!

Everything went as well as could be expected. I am satisfied with the process and results.

The company was responsive and produced the certificate in the time promised. They produced the certificate needed for the insurance company to underwrite flood insurance.

I t went well. They came and did the job and we were able to get our Flood Insurance reduced by $1200.00

It's was pretty good. It was at a house I was looking at. The cost is why I went with them.

The Surveyor shoed up and went to work. When he was done he showed me some small wood stakes and said those are where the survey marks are. Skip ahead almost a year and the neighbors property sold and had a survey and not only do the marks not line up but they found the metal posts with the caps. I began trying to get ahold of them to have a surveyor come look at this and for 3 weeks no return calls or emails. This doesn't include all the calls and emails my realtor has sent to them about this. Don't know how its going to play out but we are looking in to legal resolution of this.

No hitches. Everything I did was on the phoneand online and they were out here and done in no time.

I did everything by email with Sonya Irshad.  She called the title company and I didn't even know the title commitment was completed and they sent the survey with the invoice to be paid at closing.  Great Job.  No Problems.

Calling the office to arrange for the service was easy and the lady who runs the office (Sonya) was extremely nice and helpful. We had a minor glitch when the surveyor showed up while we were not at home because they forgot to tell us that he was coming. We did not have to be present for him to do his work, but he did need access to the back yard and we had not unlocked the gate since we did not know he was coming. We simply rescheduled the work with Sonya and the next time we had the gate unlocked. The surveyor knocked on the door just to let us know he was there, but otherwise he was completely unobtrusive and quick to complete his work. I did not pay for the service until the survey was ready for us, and this was all handled by email. The survey was in the form of a pdf document and does have the engineer stamp, etc. We were pleased with the service and would have no qualms with using them again.

Price was very reasonable.

They were very personal and very attentive. They return all of your phone calls. I think they are a great company to have on Angie's List.
