Earth First Landscapes

This was very slick.  The yard was full of dips and rises,and the clay was washing out onto the new pavers.  It stained them and is still there to this day.  When I called to discuss this, the man who answered told me very rudely that we owed them money.  I told him that the job wasn't finished and that I wasn't paying them until it was.  Now, we had already paid them thousands upon thousands of dollars, and we only owed them about 1100.  He was unbelievably rude, told me the overseer for our project was no longer with the company.  I asked to speak to the owner.
The owner eventually called me and apologized for not following up with the foreman left.  He seemed genuinely sorry and did get a crew out to finish up the work.  I couldn't believe that our work just got dropped into nowhere, especially since we were obviously willing to spend the money required.  
I interviewed many landscaping companies before I hired Earth First, and I was quite pleased with the initial work, but all my interaction was with the man who isn't with them any more.The owner obviously has no idea about what was left (irrigation, fencing, tree work, and new landscaping on very large lot.  
So now I have to start over with the rest of the work.
