About us
As an air conditioning and heating professional, I have serviced Houston, Texas and the surrounding area since 1990. My partner (my wife) and I started our own A/C and heating contracting company in May of 2011 using my technical expertise and her business and industry savvy. Our service call fee is $80.00; and we break our hourly labor rate ($80.00/hr.) into 15 minute increments ($20.00/15 min.) to help save our customers money. As a customer of DVAC, you will receive postcard reminders for Spring and Fall maintenance. Maintenance that will keep your home comfort system operating safely, cleanly, and efficiently. Our business philosophy is conservative: if it can be fixed economically, then fix it; if not,then provide the customer the most cost-effective solution with the highest performance. We install the highest quality American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning systems. We do all of the repairs and replacements ourselves and never sub-contract. The installation went very smooth. They installed a complete new HVAC system. Including the inside coils, heater, and the outside condenser unit. They also replaced all of the duct work in the attic. All of the personnel on the job were very professional and cooperative.

The unit is very old. David had to replace the pipe. David got the pipe and came back later that day. While here David also cleaned out my ac lines and put a clean out trap in. Both at my request. David was responsive, professional and at a fair price.
While it would have been much less expensive to repair the old furnace, we decided to go ahead and replace the furnace. Our upstairs furnace is the same model as our downstairs furnace which has had problems on and off since it was installed by the builder.
David and Richard arrived on time, finished on time and did an excellent job on the installation.
During the visit, David noticed a problem with our thermostat and replaced it under warranty.
