Mike (owner) did an extremely thorough job. He provided pictures and explanations of the process used to clear our very clogged dryer vent that vents out about 18 feet through the attic. His office staff (his wife) and service staff are very friendly and efficient.

Mike was very thorough with all inspection and cleaning of the dryer vent. He even used a camera to see where the lint was stuck to the walls due to condensate and removed the stuck lint from the vent by climbing the roof. Very professional in completing the job.

I was fooled by a too-good-to-be-true price of a competitor only to waste a whole day waiting for them to arrive and then they kept trying to add charges for each segment of my dryer exhaust vent pipe. From the start, Dryer Squad of Katy was honest about their pricing and they even rearranged their schedule to come out right away as we smelled gas coming from my gas dryer. It was a top- notch presentation from the vehicle, the equipment, and the technician Mike with his "can-do" attitude.
