Splendidly. Steve and Justin Dolan were very good to work with both on a technical and personal level. The latter was very important considering that work was going on inside our house over a 7 month period. The quality of workmanship was very high and they have great attention to detail. Although this was an extensive job that inevitably disrupted the normal use of the house, I feel that a significant amount of attention was paid to minimizing the disturbance and inconvenience. I felt that the cost of this project was reasonable but we did not competitively bid the job since our previous experience with this company was so good that we would not consider having any other contractor do a job of this magnitude. In addition to the costs for Dolan Construction, our project also involved $73000 of additional materials and design services costs paid to other companies.
