James DeHart and his team did a great job replacing the flat roof on our 1974 home. Their price was competitive, they completed it on our agreed schedule, and he has addressed all my questions and follow up items since then. We hired him for a second job to build a roof over our back patio as well, and are very happy with the results. Thanks James!

James was very responsive from the beginning. He initially came out to look at the roof when I called about a leak. He noticed hail damage and said he was willing to talk to our insurance adjuster if I wanted to make a claim. We ended up doing a claim and James was very helpful with helping walk us through the process. Scheduling the roof replacement was very quick and took 4 days as estimated. I liked that it was a small crew and they completed the roof section by section so the whole thing wasn’t exposed in case it rained. Everything was cleaned up really well! I was surprised that we’ve only found a few nails in the yard! Highly recommend James and his team!

James Dehart replaced shingles on my roof but two months later at the sale of my house, the buyer's inspection report showed deficiencies with the repair where the nails were exposed. Since the work was still under warranty by Dehart Roofing, I called James who said he could come out a few days later. He didn't come by and I never heard from him again. I hired someone else who had to redo Dehart's work. Later, I was told by two other roofers that under no circumstances nails should be exposed, even if sealed.

"First off, let me say, that we are so sorry to hear you were unhappy with services rendered. Seeing as how we just now are signing up with Angie's List, we are just now seeing this review. I have gone through my records and cannot find a proposal that we did a repair for the disclosed client name mentioned here; although I'm not saying that it wasn't me. I do keep meticulous records and save clients info in my phone indefinitely, so it is unusual that I can't find anything regarding your work performed. Let me also say that this doesn't sound like the standard of work and warranty that I try to run my business. I am VERY sorry that you may have been at the brunt of what sounds like an "off day" for DeHart Roofing. I would love the opportunity to make this right in whatever way I can. Please feel free to call me so that we can discuss this matter further."
