They do excellent work and we were very happy with the job. They were always very punctual and professional. They were experienced and always willing to make changes to satisfy us.

The workers that built my home were just the most nicest people ever. They did such a good job that when we moved in, we fit right in as if we were meant to be here. They are very good builders and I highly recommend them to anyone. I am not disappointed in the least. I would definitely call them back again for a second job. I would not even have to think twice about it.

We have had great success with this company. Everyone we dealt with treated us absolutely perfect. We had no problems getting our questions answered, and they listened to our input as well. I can not say enough about the price. We did shop around and found this company to be one of the very best in overall price. These guys showed up on time and even gave me a courtesy phone call.

We are just beginning to settle into our new house, so far, we see no problems and if we do have any concerns the house comes with a great warranty. David Powers built our house on time from one of their many floor plans and we are very pleased with the services we received from the company. This is a very nice home and we would recommend David Powers homes to anyone looking for a top quality homebuilder.
